What can I return?
: You may return the new and unopened items sold and fulfilled by World Glove LTD within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the Christmas season, items dispatched from 1 November to 31 December may be returned until 31 January.
When will I get my refund?
: Usually within 2-3 weeks of returning your order. After we receive and processed your return, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement in the case of your payment method is via Card or we can refund you to your bank account in case you buy a big lots and your payment to us was by bank transfer
Does World Glove LTD offer exchanges and quality guaranteed?
: Yes, we do. If you received a damaged or defective item or the quality of the item is not the same as the specification. we’ll send you a replacement of the same item, after you send the item back to us. As soon as we received it, within 2-3 business days we will deliver a new product to you.
